Our Goal

We want everyone to be able to shop, find us and ask a question on this site. We build it toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What We Have Done

• Every page works with a keyboard, starting with a "Skip to content" link, and shows a visible focus outline.
• Headings are in order, images have text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields have visible labels, and errors are explained in words, not only with color.
• Text and buttons meet contrast targets. Our logo pink is darkened when it is used for text on light backgrounds.
• The menu on phones can be closed with the Escape key and keeps focus inside while it is open.
• Motion is kept small and turns off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known Limitations

• The Find your Soilmate quiz needs JavaScript to pick your match. Without it, the full list of plant matches is shown instead.
• Our logo is a spray-paint style image. Its name is given as text, but the artwork itself cannot be read as text.
• Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok open sites we do not control, and their accessibility may differ.
• The spam protection on our forms is a Google tool. Its badge and any challenge it shows are controlled by Google.
