Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by SOILMATES Plant Shop ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Plants, Products and Prices

Our plant stock changes all the time. Plants shown on this site are examples of what we carry, not a promise that a specific plant is in the shop today. Apparel colors on screen can look slightly different in person. Prices, when shown, can change, and the price at the register or at checkout is the one that applies. We do our best to keep everything accurate, but mistakes happen, and we may correct them at any time.

Hold Requests

A hold request on an apparel page is a request, not a purchase or a reservation. An item is held only after we confirm it with you, and you pay when you pick it up at the shop. Ask us how long we can hold it.

Workshops

Workshop dates, times, prices and spots are confirmed when you hear back from us and can change. Children at a workshop must be with a parent or guardian.

Plant Care Information

Care tips on this site, including the Find your Soilmate quiz, are general guidance. Every plant and every home is different. Information about which plants are safe around pets comes from public sources such as the ASPCA; if a pet or a child eats any plant, contact your vet or doctor.

Our Content and Designs

The SOILMATES name, logo, apparel designs, photos and text on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.

Links to Other Sites

We link to sites we do not control, such as Google Maps, Google reviews, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No Warranties

The site is provided "as is." We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Washington consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
